THE Breaking Point

Several months ago, I reached a breaking point. Standing in front of the mirror, I barely recognized the woman staring back at me—exhausted, inflamed, and stuck in a frustrating cycle of fad diets, low energy, and self-doubt.

At 61, I was doing everything "right." Strength training 4x per week. Eating clean. Counting macros. Getting my steps in. And yet, my body refused to cooperate.

The scale wouldn't move. The belly fat stayed put. My energy was in the toilet. And I felt like a stranger in my own skin.

Why I'm Sharing This

What started as a personal reset has become a mission. I'm not here to convince you of anything. I'm just sharing my story in case it helps even one woman realize she doesn't have to accept feeling invisible, exhausted, and defeated.
