I have been waiting months for this one. On September 28, MAKE Wellness launched Precision Skincare, a three-product peptide skincare routine for skin over 50, and my own set arrived this week.

I get asked about my skin more than almost anything else, so I want to be upfront: I was not in the test group. The before-and-after photos you are about to see belong to the women who were. What I can give you is the routine I am starting today, why I trust peptides enough to put them on my face at 62, and my honest notes as the weeks go by.

What Precision Skincare Actually Is

Precision Skincare is built on MAKE's Bioactive Precision Peptides and their DermaSignal Matrix. The idea is simple: beauty from within, and all around. One product you drink, two you smooth on.

  • Renewed is a daily berry-lemon peptide drink. It is formulated to help signal your body to build its own collagen and to support elastin and bounce from the inside.

  • Revived is a regenerative peptide serum. It layers under everything and is formulated to support the look of firmness and a smoother, more even surface.

  • Replenished is a polypeptide stem cell emulsion. It seals the serum in and supports your skin barrier so hydration stays put.

Why I Trust Peptides on My Skin

I started taking MAKE's bioactive peptides for my body at 60. In six to nine months I had the lean muscle and energy I had not felt in years, and at 62 I am at my ideal weight and size. That was not a miracle. It was my body getting the right signals again.

Skin works the same way. After menopause, collagen production, moisture and repair all slow down because the signals that drove them have faded. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act like a message to your skin: keep renewing, keep rebuilding. Published research on topical peptides consistently shows improvements in hydration and elasticity. So when MAKE launched skincare built on the same science I already trust, ordering all three was an easy decision.

My Morning Peptide Skincare Routine

Mornings are about protecting what I have and giving my skin what it needs for the day. This is the routine MAKE recommends and the one I am following.

  1. Renewed first. Mix one packet into a small amount of water so the flavor stays strong, and drink it within 45 minutes. Once a day, morning or night, whichever you will stick with.

  2. Cleanse. Nothing fancy, just a gentle cleanser and lukewarm water.

  3. Revived. One full pump, pressed into face, neck and chest.

  4. Replenished. Three to four pumps for face, neck, chest and the backs of your hands.

  5. Sunscreen. Every morning, no exceptions. No peptide on earth outruns sun damage.

My Night Peptide Skincare Routine

Night is when your skin does its repair work, so this is when both topical products go on again.

  1. Cleanse. Take off the day completely, makeup and sunscreen included.

  2. Revived. One pump again, face, neck and hands.

  3. Replenished. A thin layer on top to lock everything in.

If you use retinol, keep it on separate nights at first and use the peptide serum in the morning until you know how your skin responds. Then you can combine them.

Why I Am Using It on My Neck and Hands Too

Our faces get all the attention, but at 62 I can tell you the neck and hands give away our age just as fast. Whatever goes on my face is going on my neck and the backs of my hands too. The hands photos from the early-access group were the ones that convinced me.

What the Early-Access Group Noticed

MAKE affiliates and Beauty Insider members used the system for 60 days before launch. The pattern in their notes was consistent: hydration changed first, within the first couple of weeks. Around week four, skin looked smoother and more even and fine lines around the eyes, neck and mouth looked softer. Firmness took longest, because that is your own body building new collagen.

Those are their results, not a clinical trial, and everyone's skin is different. I will add my own notes to this post as I go. Give any new routine a full twelve weeks before you judge it.

The Real Takeaway

Good skin after 50 is not about chasing a miracle. It is about giving your skin the right signals, every day, from the inside and the outside. That is exactly what this system is built to do, and this peptide skincare routine is simple enough that I know I will stay consistent.

Beauty from within, and all around. Follow along, and I will tell you the truth about how it goes.
